Managing Director
Former British Army. John has built a reputable consultancy career across Construction, Defence, Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution and FM. A member of IIRSM, CMI, IMI and IOSH, his qualifications include NEBOSH, Level 7 Health and Safety Strategic Leadership & Management and Cert(HE) Law, and he holds a Construction Black card for Senior Health and Safety Management in Construction.
Louise Turner

Business Development Director
20 years in retail operations, change management and global talent acquisition. Louise manages client relationships, the development of the Lesu business network, and consortium onboarding. Louise is also an entrepreneur with multiple businesses across various sectors.
In the forefront of delivery
John has personally delivered recent construction-focused works and supported major projects, including Tier 1 Project Director support, Tier 2 Framework Analysis, EfW Outage support, Project Dyson and FMCG Line Commissioning.
What we do
Our support is delivered through four service lines. Assure provides inspections, audits and ongoing assurance so you always know where you stand. Project delivers CDM 2015 advisory and Principal Contractor support for construction and engineering works. Consult offers specialist consultancy for one-off challenges, incidents and improvement programmes. Training designs bespoke and accredited training that actually lands with your teams.

We work with UK SMEs and global businesses across construction, mechanical and electrical services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, transport, agriculture, care and healthcare, and laboratory environments. Whether you need an urgent response to an incident, a retained competent person, or a partner to review your frameworks ahead of a Tier 1 tender, we scale our support to fit.
